Nothing is broken in my wrist. It is just a sprain.

Anna Lee said I should get the xrays from the doctor, which I never even considered until I saw her tweet after I left. I called the doctor to ask for them and they called back and said I can't have them. I was dissapointed by that.

I am happy that it is just a sprain.

So I indulge in a little narcissism yesterday and today while doing overhead presses at the gym I sprained my wrist. O_o

Not that I think I'm being punished for taking joy in how I am feeling in my body. I made an error while lifting and hurt myself. That is all.

However despite my cheekiness I did feel a little self-conscious posting yesterday's portrait, until my friend Verena said to me in our discussion on twitter,

@heniadis i think you did this 279 selfportraits for other reasons. - today you feel a bit more open about your body, that's nothing but joy

And she is right. It is joy in my body, and that is to be celebrated.

BTW, doing all of this typing and posting with one hand sucks.

Okay, so remember the other day when I was talking about how my body is changing and how cool it feels to be experiencing this and how it motivates me, how I keep looking at myself, but it's not narcissistic?
